Purchase Agreement

I agree to place an order with Kippah King of Oakland, California. I understand that the kippot I am ordering are hand crocheted, meaning that each kippah is a unique hand-made creation by a human being. The Kippah King crocheted kippot are not machine made. Each kippah is an original and slightly different from the others made to the same design. I accept that the hallmark of hand craftsmanship is that my kippot order will vary somewhat in quality, in size, in colors, in the tightness of the weave, and in the adherence to the design depicted on the Kippah King website.

I understand that I may find slight imperfections, and that there may be light discoloration of some kippot due to the extensive handling during their production. The Kippah King’s customers have expressed a high level of satisfaction for the qualities that make a handmade knit kippah a distinctive gift. In order to cooperate with Kippah King's strategy to keep prices reasonable, I agree that should any dispute arise as a result of my order, the damages that I will be entitled to recover shall not exceed the total amount I paid for my order. Venue for any disputes concerning this order shall be in Oakland, California. All sales are final.
